Mindful Yoga
Mondays & Wednesdays
9:30 am - 10:30 am

Mindful Yoga is an all-levels class that combines breath, movement, and meditation. The asanas (postures) help your body become more flexible and strong.  This class provides an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension.

Intro to Ashtanga
Mondays & Wednesdays
6:00 pm - 7:00pm

A Vinyasa Yoga class inspired by the Ashtanga yoga Primary series. By combining the breath with movement, you are able to move beyond the posture and feel into your soul.  This is a safe place to work with those energies, take what serves you, and release what does not. You will leave this class with some yoga knowledge and feeling better throughout your whole being.

Chair Yoga
Tuesdays
10:00 am - 11:00 am

Chair Yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are done using a chair.  In this class we will work on strength, flexibility, and balance. This is the perfect class for beginners, seniors, or anyone who has trouble getting down to or up off of the floor.

Hatha Yoga
Tuesdays & Thursdays
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Hatha Yoga is a slower paced class where we focus on proper alignment in each pose. This is the perfect class to start with if you are new to yoga, but even seasoned yogis will find something new and challenging in this class.

​

Relax, Restore, Renew
Sundays
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Restorative yoga is a mellow, self-healing practice that uses props to support the body during poses long, luxurious holds of the poses. By slowing down we give the body space to truly unwind and let go of long-held tension and negative emotions. Less is more in this class and it's a great complement to more active styles of yoga and those with a busy lifestyle who find it challenging to slow down.

Gentle Yoga
Thursdays
9:30 am - 10:30 am

Gentle yoga will teach you the fundamentals of yoga while allowing you to move at your own pace. Stiff joints, or can't touch your toes? No problem! Yoga can help improve your strength, flexibility, and mobility through standing and seated yoga poses.

Tai Chi Chih
Saturdays
10:30 am - 11:30 am

Gail Nieto is a certified T’ai Chi Chih teacher who teaches a beginner class series, an intermediate practice, and offers private lessons. T'ai Chi Chih is a non-martial art form comprised of 19 movements and one pose. Practitioners focus on activating, circulating, developing and balancing their chi - their body's life force. The practice is meditation in motion anchored in mindfulness. There are many proven health benefits from doing this practice. Chakra Flow

A fun yoga flow class where each week is focused on connecting with a different chakra to bring overall balance to your body. Class is slightly heated to help your body warm up and release what is no longer needed.

Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series
Fridays

Sundays
9:00 am - 10:30 am

The Ashtanga Yoga Full Primary Series, also known as Yoga Chikitsa or Yoga Therapy, is a dynamic and rigorous sequence of postures designed to purify and align the body, mind, and spirit. This class will guide you through the complete Primary Series, which includes sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, and the finishing sequence.
