Mindful Yoga
Monday & Wednesdays
9:30 am - 10:30 am

Mindful Yoga is an all-levels class that combines breath, movement, and meditation. The asanas (postures) help your body become more flexible and strong.  This class provides an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension.

 

Good for all levels

Vinyasa Yoga
Mondays & Wednesdays
6:00 pm - 7:00pm

Vinyasa Yoga is an all levels class inspired by the Ashtanga yoga Primary series. By combining the breath with movement, you are able to move beyond the posture and feel into your soul.  This is a safe place to work with those energies, take what serves you, and release what does not. You will leave this class with some yoga knowledge and feeling better throughout your whole being.

Chair Yoga
Tuesdays
10:00 am - 11:00 am

Chair Yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are done using a chair.  In this class we will work on strength, flexibility, and balance. This is the perfect class for beginners, seniors, or anyone who has trouble getting down to or up off of the floor.

​

Excellent for beginners!

Hatha Yoga
Tuesdays
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Hatha Yoga is a slower paced class where we focus on proper alignment in each pose. This is the perfect class to start with if you are new to yoga, but even seasoned yogis will find something new and challenging in this class.

Yogi Flow
Thursdays
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Take your practice up a notch with this faster paced class to build energy & heat in your body. We will play with creative flows, arm balances, and inversions. Come with a playful heart and ready to sweat!

 

All levels welcome!

Gentle Yoga
Thursdays
9:30 am - 10:30 am

Gentle yoga will teach you the fundamentals of yoga while allowing you to move at your own pace. Stiff joints, or can't touch your toes? No problem! Yoga can help improve your strength, flexibility, and mobility through standing and seated yoga poses.

Yin Yoga w/ Reiki Healing
Thursdays
7:15 pm - 8:15 pm

Yin Yoga is a slow, healing practice. We will hold restorative poses for 3-5 min allowing the muscles to release and relax. During practice Mallory will walk around offering Reiki to help bring another layer of healing to your body.

Chakra Flow
Saturdays
9:00 am - 10:00 am

A fun yoga flow class where each week is focused on connecting with a different chakra to bring overall balance to your body. Class is slightly heated to help your body warm up and release what is no longer needed.

Flow & Restore
Sundays
9:00 am - 10:30 am

Blending Vinyasa Flow with Yin Yoga to heal and balance your body.  The first half of this class will be spent warming up the body in creative yoga sequences. After the body is warm and limber, the second half of class will be spent in deep restorative postures giving the muscles and mind time to open and release.

 

All levels welcome!

Tai Chi Chih
Tuesdays & Thursdays
4:00 pm (zoom only)

This class is for students who have prior experience or taken classes with Tai Chi Chih. Practicing together focuses on refining the 19 movements. Teacher-led guided practices are twice a week. The sessions will include a beginning "meet-up" with an exphasis on an intention or focus for the practice, a short reflective time, and a final time together to share our reflections. Private classes are available to learn the fundamentals of the movements, and once learned, the student can join the group practice sessions.
