Rooted in Love: A Day of Connection and Flow
Join us for a heart-centered day of movement, stillness, and community at Rooted in Love. This special gathering is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect—with yourself, with others, and with the gentle rhythm of life.
Immerse yourself in a variety of yoga classes, calming meditations, sound baths, music, and the graceful flow of T'ai Chi Chih. Wander through a curated selection of mindful vendors, savor nourishing food, and let the energy of love and presence guide you throughout the day.
