Service Description

Jan. 3 - Feb. 3, 2017 Save $25 by registering for this 5-week TOTAL BODY CARDIO CONDITIONING. Using a triple-threat combination of Cardio, Core & Strength, we will tone and tighten in this unique and challenging workout targeting booty, core, arms and more! Sweat your way to your fitness goals and leave the room feeling successful, regardless of your fitness level! Dates: 10 classes - 6am every Tuesday & Friday morning from January 3rd - February 3rd. 45-60 min class. Investment: $125 ($15 walk-ins). 5-person minimum for this series to be offered.
