Lynn Crawford will lead this class at the Shala and through Zoom every Monday at 9:00 am. You will need to have several props ready to go before the class begins. You will need: a yoga mat or blanket to lay on the floor, a blanket or towel to sit on, a strap (a cloth bathrobe belt works well), a bolster of some kind (a firm, large pillow or couch cushion), a beach towel, and two blocks approx. 3" x 6" x 9" (large books or sturdy shoe boxes will work). You will also need internet access on your cell phone, iPad, or computer for the Zoom class. Once you pay from your computer, a meeting ID number will be sent to you the day of the event by email so you can access the class on your device. To participate in person at the Shala, you must make a reservation.
